Avocados for Every Meal

People often ask me - do you still like avos?

So - I pretty much eat avocados with every meal, when ours are in season. I can not get enough of them.

For breakfast: Avo on toast or in my smoothie. I just add it avo to every variation of smoothie I make.

For lunch: I add avo to everything I make for lunch. I usually have a salad so I just add avo at the end.

For dinner: we will often just make an avo dip which is just mashed avo and salt and pepper and just eat it with corn chips before dinner or I’ll have half an avo as a pre dinner snack or we’ll have tacos with avo or add avo to the salad we’re having.

So yes - I still like avo - I LOVE avo and literally eat it with every meal.
